I couldn't let this year go by without contributing to Breast Cancer Awareness month I know I'm late but this is something dear to my heart. I know many families have been affected by this deadly disease and I can relate to their pain.
Hey loves so as you can see I'm completely obsessed with challis fabric it's just beautiful and super elegant. I made the wide leg pants over 6 months ago and just threw them to the side because I had no idea how I wanted to style them I tend to suffer from creative blockage.
Hey Ladies am I the only one excited for fall and winter fashion? As the holiday season approaches I find myself falling more in love with neutral colors such as ivory, champagne, rose gold, gold etc. I had this beautiful pleated challis fabric in my fabric stash and I decided to make a deep plunge flowing dress.
Challis fabric isn't quite easy to sew with after awhile of sampling the fabric I learned that I needed to use a wider stitch and be sure to guide the fabric back and forth while stitching. However overall I love this fabric it's very lightweight which is amazing when you are out on the town. This fabric is very elegant and even more gorgeous in person. I absolutely love the color it's totally feminine and perfect for women of different skin colors.
I paired the deep plunge dress with a pair of fabulous embellished velvet platform heels, rhinestone accessories, and a light glowing glam makeup look. For my hair I went with a sleek braided bun which is pretty easy and great for dressy looks. I dress love dressing up and feeling beautiful which is not often for me because I'm normally in my work uniform Monday- Saturday.
I hope you guys enjoyed this post and be sure to tell me what you guys think below.

Hello Ladies, I know Valentine's Day is right around the corner and you are looking for that perfect dress. I decide to show you guys a simply but sexy look I put together for the perfect dinner date on Valentine's Day.
Does makeup define your beauty ? Do you wear makeup to hide behind your reality? Is makeup your way of coping with the scars people can't physically see ? For many years makeup has been my cover up it allowed me to deal with the inner scars I carried around with me. I would not go anywhere in public without wearing foundation even if I was running out to grab milk or bread. I wanted to cover up my pain of being overweight and the blemishes I had on my face. Over the years I've grown to love my natural self completely and if there's something that I didn't like about myself it's totally up to me to make a change. Whether it's eating clean and working out to shed some pounds or taking better care of my skin its up to me to fix the things that I can control. It feels great to be able to go out with a fresh face with no care in the world and not feel like I'm obligated to wear foundation because I'm out in public. I must say I feel "FREE" and loving the real you is very important because no one is going to be glam 24/7.
Sometimes its bothering to see so many people bash woman for wearing makeup . No one knows the real reason why people do what they do. The person can have skin cancer or what have you but at the end of day its totally their business. Let people rock out with their "Cake Face" and let them express themselves through makeup. I love to see different makeup looks on social media such as Instagram. I can browse the beauty tags for hours and be inspired by many different Makeup Artist. YouTube is another source to find great makeup looks. YouTube has definitely been my guide to learning different makeup techniques but for me I love a bold lip and a natural matte eye with heavy liner from time to time.
What are your favorite make up looks? Want a makeup tutorial comment below.

No one is perfect in fact there are few unwanted pounds on my body that I would like to cut off. However living everyday ashamed or embarrassed about yourself is just not OK. Accept your truth and own your flaws. When you are confident about yourself there is nothing I mean nothing anyone can tell you. As a woman we all deal with a lot making sure that we are on top of our game. Are you doing great as a Parent? Are you a good Wife? Are you taking the necessary steps to build your Career? Are you working off that cheeseburger you had no business eating this week? While we are so busy taking care of things around us we tend to neglect ourselves. We begin to feel bad about ourselves and not give ourselves the credit that we are due. I've been working extremely hard and some how I seem to have lost my mojo. I mean I work 6 days out of the week and most of the time I barely comb my hair. *Girl* I just had enough and I had to snap myself backed into reality. Even though I work I still need to make time to pamper myself . It's nothing wrong with giving dressed up every now and then showing up and showing out . So here's to enough being enough ..dust that shame off ...get dress and "OWN YOUR REALITY". Most of all dress like you are going to see your Worse Enemy.
I made this beautiful dress back in October of 2014 and I'm pretty pleased with the way it came out given that I didn't use a pattern. I pretty much freestyle this design based on a dress design by the talented Michael Costello. He designed a beautiful wrap dress for Kim Kardashion and I loved that the dress was sexy without exposing a lot of skin. The high split is the focus point of the dress it shows off my sexy legs and it also showcase off my shoes. I love that the dress is loose fitted as well as draped it the front those details hide my muffin top and gives me room to move around without feeling uncomfortable . I think wrap dresses are suitable for women of all shapes and sizes . You can altar the design to your liking and what makes you more comfortable . For me I opted to do loose short kimono sleeves instead of long sleeves for this dress .
Are you loving wrap dresses for spring and summer . If so please tag me in your photos on instagram.
Check out how Kim Kardashian styled her wrap dress.
As a Fashion Blogger I find myself becoming more and more interested in hair and makeup. When I first started blogging I had a basic makeup routine and no I did not own any Brazilian Hair. For makeup I used foundation and maybe some lipstick and that was it for my daily makeup and going out makeup. I didn't use concealer, nor did I contour. For my hair I used extensions from my local beauty supply store.
All fashionistas love to keep up with the lastet trends which usually causes us to shop shop shop. However if you would like to save some coins tap into your creative side and revamp your closet. When I say revamp I mean take something out of your closet that you most likey wouldn't wear again because you feel it's out of style.
I'm often intrigued by the creativity of many editorial spreads in popular magazines. Flipping through the pages on Harper Bazaar Magazine is like a Iced Carmel Frappuccino from Starbucks.
In the world of fashion and style people will not always agree with your take on what's stylish but that is what makes us all different . We as people are most definitely entitled to our own opinion but it's another thing when you scrutinized others because of your own insecurities . Most plus size women are not all for showing a bit of skin because they don't feel comfortable . I say if you are doing it in a tasteful way then go for it . As long as your body is snatched in the right places why not . No one should be offended by someone being confident . Plus size fashion has come a long way but still I feel as though there is a lack of selections in trendy clothing for women who wear a size 24 and up . Which is my reason to want to design clothing for women who wear extended sizes . I'm here to showcase fierce fashion for women who can relate to me . Fashion and style is not determined by size but determied by creativity and artistry .
Are you guys ready for spring and summer because I know I am. I'm ready to show some skin and and enjoy summer activities. Speaking of summer I recently decided to change my way of eating and opted to be more healthier.

In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different. -Co Co Chanel
If I was never able to talk again in life I think my way of communicating would be through fashion. Your personal style is the ultimate way of expressing yourself and when people see me I want to think of me as Bold, Daring, and Extraordinary. If I could dress over the top everyday I would wear furs and leather. Fur and leather is like peanut and jelly you can't have one without the other.
When I was sent this fabulous velvet and mesh bodysuit from Chubbycartwheels I knew I wanted to take this look to the next level. This bodysuit is very sexy and to keep my look clean and chic I added a faux fur bomber jacket and a pair of pixie pants. I also decided to wear a banded tube top underneath the bodysuit from Chubbycartwheels because I felt that just wearing a bra wasn't very appealing. Chubbycartwheels is definitely one of my new favorite online stores to shop
