What I Wore For Thanksgiving

I hope you all enjoyed Thanksgiving with so much violence going on in the world I'm truly thankful for life most importantly. My Thanksgiving was awesome I spent it with my family and we had a good time.

Tis Is The Season For Fur

I was so excited to see that Simplybe released a faux fur jacket. I have been ranting and on an hunt to find a faux fur jacket in plus sizes. I'm truly obsessed with fur I just want to buy everything in faux fur it just takes your outfit from blah to glamorous. Stay tuned for faux fur outfits that I will be wearing for upcoming events . I've decided to add another feature to my blog "Picked by KB" . This feature will included items that I put together to create an look. Here I decided to create a chic for the cold weather I added fabulous accessories such as Hats, Gloves, and Sunglasses.

Hey Ladies.. I just wanted to share a few stores and brands I shop for shoes. For me the two most important things when shopping for shoes are good quality and comfort ability. I normally wear chunky heels or wedges. I'm not quite into wearing stiletto heels they just don't work for me. I wear a size 11 and my feet are fat so all brands and stores that are listed carry size 11. I'm becoming more frugal when it comes to buying clothes and shoes so I look for brands that are cheap and trendy. I was recently contacted by LuxeVain to do a review on their boutique. Have you ladies been checking out Forever21 shoe collection lately. Forever21's shoe department  have really up their game and this is great for all of my fabulous ladies that shop on a budget. Forever21 creates dupes of designer shoes for a lower price, but the good thing is the shoes are good quality. I thought this was great to share with you guys because I know times can be hard and many people are facing financial difficulties with the government shutdown. Secondly, women of the real world are either moms or students therefore their priority is to handle business first and they don't always get a chance to indulge in themselves.  No worries I have you ladies covered here are four trendy types of footwear that are all under $50, you get the same look for less. Floral In Autuman

When you think of  Fall/Autumn does floral print come to mind? When visiting a local Torrid store I glimpsed at this blazer and instantly thought of  Fall. The mixture of greens and burnt orange reminds me of beautiful leaves falling from the trees. Needles to say I just had to have it and couldn't wait to show you guys. The vibrant colors just breathes life into me and this has to be my favorite item added to my wardrobe for Fall. The touch of black on the Lapels of the blazer is so chic. Blazers are great for layering as well so here is a way you can coordinate a blazer for a night out with the girls.

Pearls, Gems, and Studs

 

As the weather gets cooler the more I dread wearing a big winter coat. I’m a blazer and layering type of girl, I’m not a big fan of heavy coats so I will enjoy these days of still being able to show some skin. When transiting my looks from summer to fall I always start by changing up my footwear. It so easy to wear some summer items in the fall by adding a closed toe shoe and a long sleeved shirt y. I also love pairing simple items with items that have a bit of detailing. I like to think of it as opposites attract, and it so makes sense. I wore a vibrant fuchsia skater skirt with a long sleeved crew neck and studded booties. I love the two items together because the shirt is plain but has feminine detailing on the shoulder. For my footwear I added a pair of studded booties and a gemmed clutch as part of my accessories. Enjoy the last warm days of Fall while you can ladies
