Velvet, Feathers, & Bling

 

A woman should always be classy and wearing a black velvet dress is perfect for a any spectacular occasion.

I added the Ostrich feather trim as a shawl and went with a little sparkle on the accessories for some glam. I actually made this rhinestone choker myself with and believe it or  not it was super easy. Rhinestone accessories is a hot trend right now since Kim Kardashian was seen wearing a variety of diamond band chokers. When it came to hair and makeup I kept it simple because I wanted my black velvet dress to stand out the most. For me I think going simple with hair and makeup is a plus when you are wearing a fabulous statement gown.
